VERDICT: The king of noodle takeout. I get the noodles (often dressed down to a meat and a couple veggies). I usually add a kimchi as a side to compliment the free steamed rice. MORE IN-DEPTH: I have found this location to have the excellent sauces and a great selection of well-prepped ingredients, translating to consistently cooked elements. What sets them apart from the near-identical offerings of other Americanized yakisoba is largely the trifecta of good product, excellent service, and accessibility. The staff is quite accommodating and quick to serve. I'm able to get in-and-out for takeout in a matter of minutes.
I have been going here since I was a teenager, and I've never been disappointed. I'm 43 now and went back since I'm in Idaho for a visit. It was even better than I remembered and the staff was excellent. If you're ever in Boise Idaho, do yourself a solid and visit Mongolian BBQ. You won't regret it!
This is funny. Fill it with your favorite vegetables and meat and grill it on the spot. I adjusted the seasoning to the restaurant's preference, but it's fun to arrange it your own way.

Great place to grab dinner when you me to an area. Servings were large, quick and fresh. You get to pick everything and anything you want for them to cook up for you. Would definitely recommend. You can also get a car wash and detail while you wait. IYKYK.
